eCoolCon - Coolant Conditioning
In the development of e-motors and batteries, extensive tests have to be performed, in which a precise control of the test object temperature is very important. Additionally the flow of the cooling fluid and the cooling fluid pressures have to be controlled in narrow ranges. This is realized by the ENORISE eCoolCon which is specially developed for testing e-motors and batteries.
Discover the eCoolCon, ENORISE coolant conditioning system developed for high accuracy temperature, pressure and flow control in a temperature range from -40 °C up to 150 °C combined with two independent cooling and heating circuits.
The automatized filling and draining function allow for fast and clean test object handling.

Automatic filling and draining function
Red flow: Return flow is routed through the coolant reservoir to settle and degas the air-coolant mixture before coolant re-enters the pump circuit.
Blue flow: For automatic filling process, coolant is pumped from the coolant reservoir into the test object circuit.
